Burt Clinchandhill was born in the Netherlands and after writing his first short stories in his youth, he left his writing passion to pursue a career in photography. Later, he made a second and third career change into Finance and Elderly care. After 30 years he’s back with his first novel; Kursk, the tragedy of 118 men. A story based on true facts.
In the summer of 2000 the Russian submarine Kursk sailed out carrying a super torpedo for testing in the Barents Sea. After a collision with a US submarine the Russian Sub sinks and naval intelligence commander Mitchel James gets caught between a cover up and his own rescue plan.
