In his first movie, Dinosaur Island, Matt Drummond brought us to an island where time blended together. There, we saw beautiful feathered dinosaurs (though, still very dangerous). With his new film, My Pet Dinosaur, Drummond brings the dinosaur to us.

From what I can gather in the trailer, it appears that (unlike in another franchise) this dinosaur is much cuter and not a huge threat to humanity. It also appears that this dinosaur could have been brought to life from a (extraterrestrial?) science experiment. It’s hard to tell, but what’s not hard to see is that this is a film meant for a family night. It reminds me of the family adventure films of my youth and I can’t wait to sit down and watch this with my kids!

Watch the trailer below and pick up the movie on November 6th, 2018!
